Good to know
- All visitors share these accounts. Password, name and language therefore stay fixed.
- Send an e-mail to demo@smitey.eu. It becomes a ticket, and you receive a confirmation.
- When an agent resolves the ticket with an e-mail, you receive the closing e-mail.
- Each sender address receives at most one confirmation and one closing e-mail per hour.
- All data and settings are reset every hour on the hour.
